Technology brand, Fuji Xerox New Zealand, will open a flagship facility at The Landing, Queenstown’s newest shopping and commercial centre.
Fuji Xerox New Zealand managing director, Gavin Pollard, said the company had outgrown its current Queenstown office and was looking for a new facility that would accommodate the growth they expect to see in the Queenstown region, as well as a place where they can display their large production equipment and range of multifunction print devices.
“We looked at a number of locations and The Landing was the premium area for us to make a big investment into the region. Queenstown is one of the parts of New Zealand that’s growing faster than anywhere else and we wanted to increase our brand presence, boost our sales force for the region, continue to support our current customers and seek new business opportunities,” Pollard said.
Fuji Xerox New Zealand is part of the global Xerox and Fuji Film group of companies and currently employs over 800 employees in key locations throughout the country. The company is known for its document processing technology and services.
The Landing, which is located in Queenstown’s Frankton shopping area, has 18 shops adjacent to Remarkables Park Town Centre’s 62 businesses, including the New World supermarket.
Fuji Xerox is scheduled to open at The Landing in late April.
