This is the brand’s second store in New Zealand.

Chocolatier Lindt, which is known for its smooth melting Lindor truffles, will open its first South Island store in Queenstown on April 5.

This is the brand’s second store in New Zealand, following its first location in Manawa Bay, the outlet mall at Auckland Airport that opened last year.

The store will offer a selection of indulgent treats, such as the Crema Gelata Ice Cream and rich hot or chilled chocolate drinks, which are all made with Swiss chocolate. In addition, customers can curate their personalised selection from the Lindor Pick-and-Mix station.

One of only five master chocolatiers in the world, Thomas Schnetzler, will also join the opening ceremony and will be crafting fresh Lindt truffles live on-site.

“The enthusiasm and support from Kiwis who share our love for Swiss chocolate has been incredible,” shared Lindt master chocolatier Thomas Schnetzler.

“With our new Queenstown location, we’re excited to meet even more chocolate lovers and introduce them to Lindt’s finest Swiss chocolate, craftsmanship, and experience.”
