Pak’nSave has unveiled the revamped store layout in Albany, the latest rendition of Foodstuffs North Island’s Pak’nSave’s store design.

The revamped store features an expanded entrance with a cafe serving barista coffee and freshly made snacks such as breakfast muffins and hot chicken and chips.

It also has a customer service desk and a Lotto counter.

Moreover, the store features 309 team members, an acre of retail space, 489 carparks, 18 self-serve checkouts, 18 checkout lanes, and 18 grocery aisles.

The company also replaced the refrigeration units with new refrigerators that can help reduce its carbon footprint.

“It was a big call to take on a renovation of this size on day one, but I immediately saw there was potential here and really believed that our customers would respond well to an improved store,” said Pak’nSave Albany store owner and operator Jason Witehira.
