Celine Paris has appointed luxury department store Faradays as its flagship stockist in New Zealand.

The brand’s debut is scheduled for June, when Faradays will present Celine’s winter collection, including runway looks, ready-to-wear, handbags, and footwear.

It will also serve as the sole New Zealand outlet for Celine’s couture eveningwear collections, which will be offered through a personalised pre-order service.

“Securing Celine has been a part of the Faradays dream vision since inception,” said Faradays co-founder and creative director, Constance von Dadelszen.

“Owing to its unmatched balance of meticulous French craft, heritage stature and quintessentially Parisian aesthetic, Celine is one of the most highly sought-after luxury goods houses across the globe. It is immensely humbling to have the opportunity to bring this legacy brand to New Zealand’s shores, as the appointed flagship store for this part of the world.”

Faradays will also include seasonal collections, limited edition items, and Southern Hemisphere exclusives, in addition to the brand’s characteristic pieces.

Faradays established its first physical store in Auckland in 2021, spanning 550sqm and situated inside The Textile Building, a heritage-listed 1920s warehouse on Faraday Street in Parnell’s designer neighbourhood.
