Luxury travel retailer DFS will celebrate the opening of its renovated T Galleria by DFS, Auckland in conjunction with New Zealand Fashion Week, August 31.
The revamped store features over 200 brands across four levels, offering international luxury brands alongside curated local products across DFS’ five pillars: fashion and accessories; beauty and fragrances; watches and jewellery; wines and spirits; and food and gifts.
“We are incredibly excited to showcase New Zealand’s finest fashion design talent,” said Robert Calzadilla, DFS Group Asia-South region president.
“Fashion is an integral part of our product assortment, and we welcome locals and travellers alike to experience an evening of glamour and excitement inside our newly renovated store.”
Earlier this year, Calzadilla told Inside Retail the company serves the discerning travelling customer who understands, and appreciates, luxurious products and experiences.
“This approach is consistent across all of our stores around the world, whether customers are enjoying the convenience of our airport stores or spending more time browsing in our downtown T Galleria stores,” he said.
“While economic conditions come and go, [the luxury customer’s] desire and appreciation for high quality, authentic product remains constant, as does their wish to feel rewarded and valued with great customer service.”
