Pushpay merchant ACMR growth

pushpayPushpay Holdings  (NZSX:PAY) has increased its merchant annualised committed monthly revenue (ACMR) by 69.2 per cent to $9.02 million as at June 30 from $5.33 million as at March 31. Chris Heaslip, Pushpay’s CEO, said, “Pushpay continues to deliver on its USA growth plan, having increased its customer base by 42.2 per cent in the three months to June 30.

The company remains confident that it will grow its customer base by over 100 per cent to more than 2,000 merchants in the six months to September 30. Pushpay will continue to work toward its target through further development of its direct sales, referrals strategy and existing relationships with Pushpay’s strategic channel partners and other distribution partners.

“Pushpay has had a busy and exciting quarter. The company has raised $13.8 million through a fully underwritten entitlement offer, migrated its listing to the NZX main Board, secured a research and development project grant from Callaghan Innovation and entered into a new referral contract with Church Community Builder. Pushpay continues to deliver best-in-class SaaS metrics, whilst remaining focused on growth in the USA faith sector, which consists of over 314,000 churches with an average size of over 500 attendees.
