If you could swap your job with anyone’s for one day, who would it be and why? I’d love to be PM for a day. I’ve always found this a fascinating job and would love to peek behind the curtains to see how it all works.

If there were just one skill you’d love to master, what would it be?
Speaking a second language fluently. I speak bits and pieces of several but am a master of none.

If you could describe yourself as a business leader, what would you say?I have high expectations of my team, it’s no secret. But I’m always open, honest and supportive to help them achieve their goals.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever received? You are worth whatever price you put on yourself – Patrick Gallagher, my grandpa.

Are you a morning bird or night owl? I am somewhere in between. I am a night owl, but I have a one-year-old who is most definitely a morning person, so I try to compromise by going to sleep sometime between 10am and 11pm and waking up somewhere between 6am and 7am.

Favourite social media platform of choice? Right now, I’m trying to stay off it all together. I’ve felt like I’ve spent the last two years with my head glued to technology and desperately need to reset.

What are some of your favourite accounts that you follow on social media? I love interior and architecture accounts; @thedesignfiles @housesmagazine @est_living [on Instagram].

If you were the kind of person who believed in New Year’s resolutions, what would yours have been for 2022?
I like to spend the start of the year thinking about what I want to cultivate over the 12 months ahead and then plan towards that. This year, my intention is to be more present; for example, using less technology during family time.
