And thanks to the efforts of many of the hard working professionals in the Top 50, that experience was incredibly positive.  Mathers, who has long championed sustainable online retailing practices, took home the top prize in 2019 as well, and finished second in 2020.  Top 50 Judge Heather McIlvaine said she was proud to bring the report together following the year that was, noting it’s never been more important to celebrate Australia’s e-commerce leaders. “2020 was a year like no other for the retail sector, and e-commerce leaders stepped up in a big way.
