Aussie bargain site coming to NZ

bargainnzAussie online bargain shopping site, Bargain Spot, is launching in New Zealand.

The Gold Coast, Australia-based service run by father-and-son team of Chris and Justin Gray, will be released in New Zealand next month.

“New Zealand was the logical next step for Bargain Spot after we saw Aussie online shoppers take to Bargain Spot in large numbers,” said co-owner Justin Gray. “We’re now confident Kiwi shoppers will take to Bargain Spot NZ in the same way.”

The service features an automated price alert which can be set by users to advise by email when the price of the desired product falls to the selected level. The Australian version of Bargain Spot first launched in November 2015.

The site trawls over a million products and features products from a range of the country’s top online retailers in categories as varied as: Men’s and Women’s Fashion, Home & Garden, Toys & Games and Sports & Outdoors.

NZ bargain shoppers will now have the same opportunities as their Aussie counterparts, said Justin.

“We are proud to be able to offer NZ bargain hunters a ‘new way’ of shopping that will result in serious savings”, he said. “This is a service that will see New Zealand bargain hunters benefit from shopping for the top savings offered by leading online retailers.”
