Flight Centre offers lifeline to outgoing Pumpkin Patch employees

FlightCentreTravel retailer, Flight Centre NZ, has offered outgoing Pumpkin Patch employees a fast-tracked way to the final stages of the hiring process.

The retailer announced newly acquired businesses and growing profits have created a number of vacancies in the company and stated the company believes outgoing Pumpkin Patch employees will be an asset to the company.

“We sympathise with the tough position these employees are in and recognise that they have good customer service skills and sales experience that would make them an asset to our company,” said Michaela Connor, Flight Centre NZ Peopleworks leader.

Connor said they are offering to fast track outgoing Pumpkin Patch employees to the final stages of the hiring process. “This will put candidates at the forefront of roles in sales, plus other supporting positions.”

If candidates are successful they can start with the company’s extensive training program.
