Tommy Hilfiger opens its first store in New Zealand

American fashion label Tommy Hilfiger has opened its first outlet in New Zealand.

Located in Auckland city’s newest retail destination, Commercial Bay on the city’s waterfront, the store occupies a 175sqm area, featuring the brand’s “American heritage with clean, modern finishes and a bright, airy aesthetic”.

The facade uses a white frame and the brand’s signature colour palette of white, navy blue and red. A digital screen is installed behind the glass window, displaying the brand’s latest collection. The store’s interior design features modern elements such as white walls, wooden floor and furniture, and stainless steel clothes racks.

The Tommy Hilfiger Auckland store offers a selection of apparel, footwear and accessories, including the Spring 2020 and Summer/Pre-Fall Collections. To celebrate the opening, the store is running a promotion, giving away Tommy Hilfiger baseball caps for every customer who spends a minimum of $150.

Tommy Hilfiger operates more than 2000 outlets across more than 100 countries and regions, including the UK, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia.

The new store was opened on the same day as the debut New Zealand store of another PVH brand, Calvin Klein underwear.
