UK store sales increased by 35 per cent from $38.3 million to $55.6 million, with Ireland store sales up 22 per cent from $19.9 million to $24.2 million year-on-year.
The UK and Ireland saw a 19 per cent increase in group site numbers at 89 stores, up from 75 stores as of last April.
The company attributed its strong results to a focus on market towns, housing developments, retail parks and suburban locations.
Cooks Coffee’s focus on sourcing organic coffee products and enhanced food operations was also considered a major contributor to its success.
