Online butcher The Meat Box has expanded its offering with a range of fresh produce and essential groceries following the acquisition of online supermarket Supie.

The new Grocery Box range can be paired with the brand’s existing Meat Boxes, fruits and vegetables, making it easier for customers to restock their pantry without leaving the house.

Shoppers can choose to receive their items weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, all with free nationwide delivery. One-off deliveries are also available to maximise convenience.

The brand said it also sells the grocery items individually in addition to the pre-bundled range.

“Our expansion into grocery delivery is a natural progression that allows us to better serve our customers,” said Wayne Kennerley, CEO of The Meat Box.

“While we’re not a full-service supermarket, we’re excited to offer a curated selection of high-quality essentials at great value, delivered right to their doorsteps.”

The Meat Box acquired the trademarks and website domains of Supie in January after the latter collapsed into voluntary administration in October last year.
