Women active lifestyle brand, Stylerunner, is to land its first New Zealand brick-and-mortar store Auckland’s Westfield Newmarket next month – its largest Australasia flagship to date.
Spanning 300sqm, the new flagship store is designed by Melbourne creative studio, Noise Noise Noise, together with Richard Wiles from Deft, with a focus on bright colours and neon elements.
To elevate the customer’s experience, the store is infused with a signature store scent developed by the team.
Featuring two dedicated footwear sections and Instagrammable changing rooms, Stylerunner Westfield Newmarket houses more than 60 brands, including Nike, PE Nation, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance, Joah Brown, Exie and Stylerunner The Label line.
The launch is part of the brand’s expansion plan in the region and will be followed by the opening of several more stores in the country in the coming year, according to Ryan Edelmuth, GM of Stylerunner.
“We have seen the demand from our New Zealand audience for years online,” said Edelmuth.
“This was the perfect location for our entry into the market, and we are fortunate to secure a flagship site that will allow us to showcase what the brand is about. The plan is to open another few stores in New Zealand over the next 12 months.”
