Former Lane Crawford exec takes on managing director role Selfridges Selfridges & Co. in London will welcome Andrew Keith as its new managing director in February 2021. Since 2011, Keith has been president of Asian luxury lifestyle stores Lane Crawford and Joyce, which are owned by The Lane Crawford Joyce Group. In this role, he focused on boosting sales and expanding into mainland China, while also nurturing talent and innovation. Keith joined Lane Crawford in 2001 as a buyer and worked his
orked his way up to become the vice-president of merchandising. In 2008, he became president of the Joyce brand, before moving to the group level. Keith has also held roles at a variety of fashion brands and retailers such as G2000, Dewhirst and Esprit.
Selfridges Group’s managing director, Anne Pitcher, is looking forward to “exploring new opportunities under [Keith’s] leadership as we continue to reinvent retail.” She added that his knowledge and experience in the physical and digital retail space means he is well-equipped to guide a 170-year-old business through a rapidly changing market.
New CTO for Dafiti
Dafiti, Latin America’s largest fashion and e-commerce platform, has appointed André Piza as its new chief technology officer.
Previously, Piza held roles with UOL, Sotran Logística, C6Bank group and Redecard / Itáu. He also has a degree in computer science, plus a master’s in software engineering, as well as a doctorate.
Piza will have the opportunity to accelerate Dafiti’s technological transformation as the business consolidates its technology and product divisions into a single team.

DoorDash welcomes new GM
Food delivery service DoorDash has welcomed Rebecca Burrows as general manager for Australia.
In this role, she will be responsible for growing the business to expand across Australia as she leads strategy, operations and P&L.
Burrows, who has extensive experience in growth strategy roles, previously worked for Australia Post. In her nine years with the business, she held roles across operations, marketing and commercial sectors, where she was dedicated to the development of her team and colleagues.
Earlier in her career, Burrows was instrumental in developing the growth strategy for Shell International, where she worked across 28 markets/countries including Australia.
She succeeds Thomas Stephens, who, as acting general manager for the past 12 months, has been overseeing the launch and growth of DoorDash Australia. He will continue in the role he held previously, leading strategic projects across the business.
