First NZ H&M store “worth the wait”

hm (1)Swedish retailer, H&M, will open its first store in New Zealand this Spring at Kiwi Property’s high profile shopping destination Sylvia Park Shopping Centre in Auckland.

Set over 2300sqm with two floors, the store will showcase the international retailer’s latest collections.

“We are eager to open the doors to the first H&M New Zealand store later this year,” said Daniel Lattemann, sales manager for H&M New Zealand.

“We look forward to introducing fashion-loving H&M Kiwi customers to our exciting offers and we promise it will be worth the wait,” Latteman said.

Chris Gudgeon, Kiwi Property’s CEO, said they are thrilled to be opening New Zealand’s first H&M store at Sylvia Park.

“Sylvia Park is a great opportunity for H&M to reach more than 700,000 Aucklanders within a 15-minute drive, with convenient access also available by train and bus. The introduction of H&M to Sylvia Park is another step in our vision to create a world-class retail offering at Sylvia Park,” Gudgeon said.

Sylvia Park, independently valued at more than $665 million, offers shoppers more than 200 retailers in a single destination.
