Green Cross Health’s new CEO

Life PharmacyGreen Cross Health has appointed Simon Lipscombe as CEO of Access Homehealth effective October 28.

Lipscombe has an Arts degree from the University of Canterbury and has spent the last seven years with Spotless in New Zealand, most recently as the country GM.

This position gave him significant exposure to the health environment in NZ as Spotless has significant District Health Board contracts.

Lipscombe, originally from Christchurch, resides in Auckland, has a young family and is a keen sports fan.

Green Cross Health is looking forward to his contribution to improving the performance of its community healthcare business.

He will be working with its medical and pharmacy divisions in its integrated care model and reporting to Peter Merton, chairman of Green Cross Health.

Graeme Titcombe, the incumbent CEO, signalled his desire to step down when Green Cross Health acquired Access Homehealth in 2014.

“We thank Graeme for the way he has lead Access’s growth during Green Cross Health’s ownership of the company and prior. Graeme will continue with Green Cross Health in a reduced role for the foreseeable future. We wish Simon all the best in his new role,” concludes a Green Cross Health spokesperson.
