Further to announcements made by Warehouse Group, the New Zealand Stock Exchange regulation has confirmed that the final quotation date for The Warehouse Group bonds is today.

Holders of WHS010 bonds, who participated in the exchange offer for new WHS020 bonds, will be issued WHS020 bonds today prior to their quotation on Tuesday. Holders who did not participate in the exchange offer will receive the final scheduled interest payment today.

The maturity date of WHS010 bonds is today, the payment date of WHS010 bonds is today, the issue of new WHS020 bonds is today, and the quotation of new WHS020 bond is tomorrow.
