Esquires Saudi Arabia AirportEsquires Coffee House has opened its first ever airport location in Saudi Arabia’s King Abdulaziz Airport.

It is Esquires eighth store in Saudi Arabia. The Cooks Global Foods franchisee in Saudi has completed an extended kiosk store at the airport, which is less than 20kms from Jeddah.

The airport is reputedly the busiest in Saudi Arabia is the third largest in the country, processing 17 million visitors a year.

Cooks chairman, Keith Jackson, says it’s a booming location.

“Our site is in a prime position and we are delighted with the hugely prestigious location. Already it is trading exceptionally well,” Jackson said.

According to Cooks, there were some extended negotiations required to gain access to the King Abdulaziz Airport, however, following this, it only six weeks for the design and construction of the store.

Cooks New Zealand subsidiary, Design Environments, provided design input in to the new store.

The Saudi Arabia opening follows Cooks’ the opening of Esquire’s 21st China store.
