Cosmetics and bodycare retailer Lush has opened a flagship store at Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, as the brand continues to invest in experiential bricks-and-mortar retail across New Zealand.
The Auckland flagship is designed as an immersive retail destination, featuring interactive product zones, consultation spaces, and community-focused experiences to deepen customer engagement.
The store incorporates recycled and locally sourced materials, including recycled rimu timber and Cleanstone surfaces made from recycled plastic waste, as well as fixtures developed by Maori-owned materials innovation company Critical.
The store has areas for skincare and haircare consultations, where customers can receive product guidance and treatment recommendations.
“Our stores are designed to be places where people feel truly seen, heard and cared for, not just as customers, but as part of a community,” said Jordan Etches, Lush Sylvia Park store manager.
“Sylvia Park is an opportunity to bring that to life through rich, sensory experiences that invite people to slow down, engage and reconnect.”
Lush is known for its handmade cosmetics range and bath bomb product line, and currently operates in more than 50 countries.
