Australian fresh food brand Soul Origin has opened its first cafe in New Zealand, marking its first foray outside its home market.
The first Soul Origin New Zealand store, with a new, vibrant and contemporary design, is located in Auckland Airport’s domestic terminal and serves salads, sandwiches, barista-crafted coffee, and cold drinks.
Soul Origin is a family-owned business that operates more than 150 stores in shopping malls, airports, and other locations throughout Australia.
The brand says most of its food will be sourced locally, with coffee roasted in Wellington and milk supplied from farms throughout the North Island.
“New Zealand has long been on our radar, and we are thrilled to finally bring our dedication to convenient, nutritious, and delicious food to Kiwi customers,” said Hao Quach, co-founder of Soul Origin.
“Food and family are at the heart of what we do – they fuel our soul and provide a sense of connection and belonging. That is the essence of Soul Origin. With our house salads, baguettes, paninis, barista-crafted coffee, and signature iced drinks, we’re excited to offer Kiwis the opportunity to enjoy fresh, quality food on the go.”
Kiwis can participate in the brand’s loyalty program, Soulmates, and earn prizes while also receiving discounts, freebies, and a special birthday present.
