Skincare brand Ella Bache has unveiled a new salon design concept in Secret Harbour, Western Australia.
The store, created by MorrisCo Design, uses digital technology and reduced materials to engage the client and therapist. It has a clean, modern aesthetic with little clutter or messaging.
Adjacent to the product wall in the store is a diagnostic tool desk and a curved welcome desk.
The brand says that every component of the design was thought out and made with the customer’s experience in mind. It is also influenced by the “less is more” philosophy, which minimises visual clutter and signage in the hair salons.
“Focusing on the client journey has led to simplifying the reception area and ensuring everything was intentional; from the digital screens, lighting, furniture, the reception desk, materials and colours; all elements effortlessly welcome, invite and communicate our point of difference which is our knowledge and love of skin,” said CEO and third-generation owner of Ella Bache, Pippa Hallas.
The brand plans to open more stores, with the new design set to be rolled out across Australia.
