Superette, Everybody Eats team up in Christmas charity project

Superette has teamed with pay-as-you-feel dining concept Everybody Eats to launch a Christmas charity project.

Throughout November and December, each Superette customer can donate to Everybody Eats by getting their gift wrapped in custom Superette packaging for a $2 donation. For each $5 raised, a three-course, restaurant-quality meal by Everybody Eats will be served to a Kiwi suffering from ‘food insecurity’.

The collaboration is Superette’s effort to help Everybody Eats to tackle New Zealand’s food-poverty problem, according to the company.

Everybody Eats is a non-profit dining concept, where people can pay whatever they are able to even if that is nothing. The restaurant takes food that would otherwise go to waste and turns into quality meals served by volunteers.

Besides Everybody Eats, Superette has also collaborated with local businesses, including Aotea and Zoe & Morgan, to launch new products for the holiday season.
