Helloworld undergoes major rebrand

Helloworld PonsonbyRetail travel chain Helloworld has undergone a major rebrand which includes an instore refresh program. Formerly known as Stella Travel Services, Helloworld is now the new face of 50 stores nationwide.

The travel company brings together travel industry giants former Harvey World Travel stores, Air New Zealand Holidays, United Travel, and a travel broker and corporate travel network.

The instore refresh program involves both external and internal signage, as well as design upgrades across their 50 stores all over the country. Global retail consultancy, Greater Group, was tasked to work on the project.

Danielle Barclay, Greater Group’s NZ country manager, said the retail rebrands took place over a single weekend. Barclay said it was one of the biggest challenges of the project.

“Coordinating our efforts with Helloworld’s wider launch strategy and national advertising campaign was absolutely critical. Our team worked around the clock to ensure the retail rebrands took place over a single weekend,” she said.

According to her, the biggest changes in the rebrand were the exterior signage, instore graphics and digital signage.

The New Zealand revamp has come together to create what is now the country’s largest travel group, Helloworld CEO Simon McKearney said.
