Furla has opened a 15sqm store at the Custom House DFS downtown store in Auckland.

The store opening was accompanied by Furla’s autumn/winter pre-fall 2015 collection.

According to Furla, the store has “exceeded all expectations so far”.

Furla global travel retail director, Gerry Munday, said: “Furla is still a ‘young brand’ in the New Zealand domestic market, but we are seeing steady growth in this region generally. I would like to thank DFS for its help and support with this opening.”

Furla is an Italian company that was created by the Furlanetto family over 80 years ago in 1927.

Currently a limited liability company, its Italian lifestyle brand is renowned for its distinctive spirit, understated design and timeless elegance.
