A $20 million 7000sqm four storey commercial building is being developed on the corner of 3rd Ave and Cameron Rd  in Tauranga under joint venture for office and retail purposes.

The developers of 306 Cameron Rd are Manor Group Investment (which owns the land) and Auckland-based Watts Group Investment.

Situated on the edge of the commercial city centre zone, the building will offer easy access to people coming off Route K highway into the central city

The building will span a large foyer, three floors of offices, up to five ground floor retail shops, and 122 car parks once complete in November 2016.

Currently the building is tenanted by Vodafone, Bay Audiology, Novelty Indian Food Takeaways, La Bella Hair Studio, Tunstall, Manor Group Investment and 3rd Avenue Motors. Once complete it is predicted that it will accommodate 500 to 600 workers.

The building is being designed according to green specifications.
