Warehouse robbed

gun, theft, crime, robberThe Henderson Warehouse in Auckland has been robbed at gunpoint.

The store was targeted by thieves just after midnight on January 26 by two men who forced a staff member at gunpoint to open the store safe.

The staff member was on his way home after locking up the premises when he was approached by the two men in the store car park.

One of the men was armed with a handgun.

He was forced to return to the store and open the office and the store safe.

The two men took cash from the safe and escaped in a silver sedan.

The staff member, who was not physically hurt in the incident, told www.stuff.co.nz that the car’s registration began with an ‘X’,
