Dick Smith launches on Trade Me

Neil Merola, Dick Smith director of marketing, said that the partnership is another milestone in Dick Smith’s growth strategy.

“The Dick Smith Trade Me store complements our omni-channel platform in New Zealand, with customers already able to buy from 61 physical stores and the dicksmith.co.nz transactional website,” he said.

“Dick Smith customers now have another convenient platform for purchasing their favourite technology products, with Trade Me members now able to buy our comprehensive range of computers, phones, accessories, TVs and gaming directly from Dick Smith through their existing Trade Me account.”

Georgina McGowan, head of supply for Trade Me said that partnership was good news for Trade Me’s members.

“The Dick Smith team really know their stuff when it comes to selling tech products and we’re excited to be working with an iconic brand to deliver their broad range of products to our members at great prices.”

She said the combination of Trade Me’s broad audience and Dick Smith’s trusted range of products will work very well.
