Domino’s Pizza Enterprises has promoted its New South Wales market manager Ross Kruger to the New Zealand GM position, effective immediately.

Kruger succeeds Daniel Hawkins, who stepped down from the role after deciding to relocate back to Australia.

“As a market with more than 150 stores and growing, I am confident that Ross is the right person to lead Domino’s through the next stage of growth and development in New Zealand,” said Don Meij, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises CEO and MD.

The new GM originated from South Africa and started at Domino’s as a delivery expert at the pizza restaurant’s Kirwan branch in Townsville, Queensland.

Kruger held various roles as he climbed the corporate ladder, including OER coach, business consultant, and most recently market manager in WA and NSW.

“I’m excited to continue building on the momentum that we’re currently seeing in New Zealand and working closely with our Kiwi franchisee partners and team members on all areas of business growth,” said Kruger.
