Uber Eats expands regional footprint into four new cities

Uber Eats is now available in four new New Zealand cities namely Whangarei, Whanganui, Gisborne and Invercargill and has further extended its Auckland coverage to Pukekohe.

“New Zealanders have embraced the convenience of accessing an incredible selection of restaurants at their fingertips in the 13 cities where we are already available,” said Emma Foley, GM at Uber Eats New Zealand.

“Whether it’s a cheese roll down south or fish and chips in Whangarei, Uber Eats is a seamless way to get some great Kiwi kai to where you are in Aotearoa. We are thrilled to be able to support a deeper lineup of local restaurants by bringing the magic of Uber Eats to even more Kiwis.”

Uber Eats is offering a $25 discount for the four next orders in Whangarei, Whanganui, Gisborne and Invercargill cities to those using the platform for the first time, by using the code GETEATSNZ.

With the expansion, Uber Eats can now be accessible in 17 cities across New Zealand.
