Supermarkets offer ‘quality service’

New World prides itself on its fresh food expert’s knowledge

Foodstuffs has enjoyed the limelight at the Reader’s Digest inaugural Quality Service Awards winning gold for New World and silver for Pak’nSavein the supermarket category.

The independent survey asked more than 1500 Kiwis to vote in an online questionnaire to decide the winners. Companies were rated on their ability to deliver a personalised, reliable service, to understand their customers, to meet or or exceed expectations, and to make the whole shopping experience quick and easy.

“At New World we pride ourselves on our fresh food expert’s knowledge, passion and skill as well as our friendly and helpful approach,” said Steve Anderson, MD of Foodstuffs New Zealand.

“Pak’nSave consistently offers New Zealand’s the lowest prices for their groceries and customers also appreciate the can do attitude of our friendly staff.”
