Inside a showroom above a newly renovated Zara store on Madrid’s Serrano Street, Óscar García Maceiras offered a glimpse of how Inditex is reshaping its global retail empire.  The space is part of a broader effort to upgrade the company’s physical network – fewer stores but larger and more technologically advanced ones.
