Lifestyle brand Wallace Cotton is expanding its physical footprint with the latest opening of a store in Warkworth.
The new store, located on Queen Street, will offer the brand’s signature mix of design, natural materials and everyday homeware to the North Auckland region.
Opening on Valentine’s Day, the location forms part of the company’s long-term strategy to grow its physical retail network and focus on experience-led shopping.
“Opening in Warkworth reflects our confidence in physical retail and the importance of local communities to our growth,” said Damian Dobb, CEO of Wallace Cotton.
“Our customers value being able to experience our fabrics in person, and our retail teams play a key role in helping customers choose product in their homes.”
National retail manager Michele Stutton added that the response from the local community has already been positive.
“Warkworth is a wonderful community and we are excited to become part of it. We look forward to welcoming both locals and visitors into the store,” she said.
Founded in 2005, Wallace Cotton specialises in high-quality bed linen, homeware and sleepwear, growing from a catalogue business to a nationwide retail chain. The Warkworth store, which follows an opening in Dunedin last August, will mark the brand’s 13th location in the country.
