British outdoor brand Mountain Warehouse has opened a new location in Queen Street, Auckland, marking the brand’s 26th store in New Zealand, now its third-largest market.

Located near Viaduct Harbour, the 770sqm store offers the brand’s collections, including walking boots, waterproof jackets, camping equipment, and other essentials for outdoor activities.

The company is set to open a new store in the upcoming City Rail Link development by the end of the year, as part of its expansion plan in the nation.

“Our new store on Queen Street is an exciting milestone for us as we continue to grow our presence in New Zealand,” said Mark Neale, founder of Mountain Warehouse. “It’s an iconic shopping destination in Auckland, and we’re thrilled to share our passion for adventure and the great outdoors with the city’s residents.”

Founded in 1997, Mountain Warehouse operates 390 stores and multiple websites across nine countries, including the US, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand.
