Kiwi retailer Luxury Trade attributed the rising demand for pre-loved designer handbags to the growing appreciation for luxury fashion at a lower price.

The company noted that the trend signifies a shift towards sustainability and conscious consumption in the fashion industry.

As compared to fast fashion, Luxury Trade said that purchasing pre-loved luxury items is more financially sound as they retain their value and can be resold.
