Newmarket has unveiled finalists of Newmarket Business Awards 2021 including several retail categories. Sponsored by Bayleys and Humm, the awards cover 12 categories. 

Four businesses nominated for ‘Retailer of the Year’ are Michael Holmes Premium Eyewear, Superette, The Poi Room and Zoe & Morgan. Meanwhile, ‘International Retailer of the Year’ finalists are Country Road Newmarket, David Jones, Lush Newmarket and Papinelle Sleepwear. 

Altezano, Camper Coffee, L’affare Newmarket and Newbie made it to Best Cafe of the Year category. Finalists for Best Restaurant of the Year are Burger Burger, INCA Ceviche & Woodfire Grill, V.T Station Victoria Terminus and White & Wong’s.

“Newmarket continues to punch above its weight, and the high calibre of entries this year is confirmation that we have some of the best of the best in business,” said Mark Knoff-Thomas, CEO of Newmarket Business Association. 

Other categories include Best Night-Time Venue, Best Customer Experience and Best use of Social Media. The category winners, as well as the People’s Choice and Supreme Winner, will be announced at the awards on June 18.
