NZ dollar up

Market optimism and upbeat NZ data have extended the New Zealand dollar’s recovery moves from 65.47 US cents to 65.57 US cents.

The local currency was at 64.89 US cents end of last week.

The kiwi surged ahead in the previous days while the US dollar fell as fears of a second wave of Covid-19 did little to dampen investors’ risk appetite.
