Revolve localises website, offers free shipping and returns

Fashion retailer Revolve Group has launched an upgraded service offer in New Zealand, offering customers free returns, free 2-3 day shipping, and a local toll-free customer service number.

The offer also reflects all-inclusive local pricing in an effort to eliminate ‘sticker shock’ for Kiwis at the till. 

The group owns and operates the REVOLVE and FORWARD brands, which offer premium apparel and emerging luxury brands respectively. 

The business is launching a similar offer in Singapore after the success of such efforts in the UK, Western Europe and Australia. 

“We are constantly looking to raise the bar and exceed the expectations of our customers,” Revolve vice president of international Kai Li said. 

“We have always encouraged customers to use their home as their fitting room to experiment with styles and sizes where they are most comfortable.”

According to Li, the changes across the United Kingdom, Western Europe and Australia have been received well, and have led to an increased customer retention and purchase activity.
