E-tailer cops $100m class action

Surfwear e-tailer, Surfstitch, is facing a $100 million class action by ‘aggrieved shareholders’ who believe the company’s board has engaged in deceptive conduct. Law firm, Quinn Emanuel, yesterday filed the class action on behalf of Surfstitch’s shareholders.
