Foodstuffs deal with The Mill

LiquorlandFoodstuffs, which owns Pak’nSave, New World and Liquorland, has negotiated a deal with The Mill Retail Holdings to acquire 21 of its liquor stores from its network of stores throughout New Zealand pending due diligence approval.


These 21 liquor stores will become franchised Liquorland outlets.

According to the sale and purchase agreement, no staff at the liquor stores will be axed but will be offered employment by Foodstuffs Liquor NZ, the owner of Liquorland.
