Four Square Coromandel opens

Coromandel 4 Square6The new Four Square Coromandel store has been opened by MP for Coromandel, Scott Simpson.

“We are thrilled to open a bigger, and better Four Square in Coromandel,” says Foodstuffs North Island GM for property development, Angela Bull. “We have been part of the Coromandel community for over 30 years and are delighted to have invested in the town with a Four Square the community can be proud of. We look forward to the store meeting all of our customers’ fresh food and grocery needs in a modern, easy to shop and convenient environment.”

According to its owner operators Peter and Lesley Pritchard, the new store will be a fantastic addition to the town. “We’ve loved being a part of the Coromandel community during our 12 years at the Kapanga Road store and we would like to thank our customers for their support and patience. We’ll have plenty of car parking and easy access, with wider aisles, a greater range of fresh food and everyday products, and all the convenience and personal service our customers enjoy while shopping at Four Square,” says Peter Pritchard.

The new supermarket will employ 30 staff, creating six new jobs in the community.

The supermarket is located at 50 Wharf Road, Coromandel.
