Caroline Eve snaps up fashion chain

Caroline EveValue for money fashion retailer, Caroline Eve, has purchased the 15 South Island stores trading as CC Collections, a privately owned company based in Invercargill.

Caroline Eve has 26 stores located throughout the central and upper North Island.

The two chain will benefit from the strengthened buying power.

CC Collections will be serviced by the support team of Caroline Eve’s new buying office at the company headquarters within The Narrows Business Park near Hamilton Airport.

Caroline Eve has a large distribution centre that will support all 41 stores of the merged entity, including the Perth franchise store and the Caroline Eve online store.

Deborah Mundy, director of Caroline Eve, and Ross Dynes, head of CC Collections, have been members of the same international buyer’s consortium for 28 years, meaning both chains in-store ranges will have some similar elements.

Caroline Eve does not foresee any changes to instore positions as a result of the acquisition.
