Damian Dobb has been appointed at the GM of menswear brand 3 Wise Men.
Dobb will focus on identifying, developing and implementing further growth strategies, including new stores and other retail opportunities.
“The business is in great shape and has a solid platform to support meaningful growth over the next three years. The opportunity to work more closely with such a talented ownership group is really exciting,” Dobb said.
He has been in the role of national operations manager since joining the company in 2010. Prior to this he worked as the New Zealand manager for Nood.
In the past 18 months 3 Wise Men has had a growth of 30 per cent.
Expansion plans include increasing store numbers from seven to ten by the end of 2014.
The newest store opened at Auckland Airport on September 8 2014.
